Kings Education Bournemouth - UK Summer School
Kings Education English first started serving in Bournemouth in 1957, and over the years it has grown in different cities in England and America, attracting attention as an institution that hosts students from 80 different countries today. Kings Bournemouth Language School, which has 2 campuses named Bradley Road and St Peter's Quarter, has a distance of 15 minutes between the campuses.
The completely renovated St Peter's Quarter annex building, in addition to being decorated in a modern way, provides students with learning ease during and after class breaks with its large social area, smart board-equipped classrooms and computer learning center. The Bradley Road campus, which is the main center building, stands out with its grass and verandas, sports fields, cafeteria, equipped classrooms, activity halls and computer learning center, library, science laboratory and art room.
Students who will receive education at Kings Bournemouth Summer School can stay with families or in student dormitories. Kings Education Bournemouth, which is open year-round and offers language education programs for ages 16 and over, designs English education programs for students aged 12-17 during the summer period within a certain date range. Within the program, students participate in various activities and weekly trips organized by the school in addition to the education offered as 20 lessons per week.
Education
Experience Bournemouth (12-17 Years)
Students are offered 15 hours of general English lessons per week.
GCSE Preparation (14-16 Years)
Students take 15 hours of Mathematics, English and Science lessons per week and participate in 12 hours of activity programs per week, joining an academic program where they can have an enjoyable summer (offered between July 12 - August 02, 2026). A minimum IELTS 4.5 or equivalent score is required for this program. At least 6 students are required for this program to be opened.
Accommodation
Homestay: Single or twin rooms, shared bathroom (40 minutes from school by public transport or walking). Charminster Residence: Single room with bathroom (20 minutes walk from school). Accommodation fees vary according to your course start date.
Meals
Three meals per day are provided in all accommodation alternatives.
Activities
Various activities such as Badminton, Disco, football, Barbecue, Swimming, Talent show are offered to students for times outside of class.
Trips
1 full day and 2 half day trips are offered per week. Sample Trip Program: London, Bath, Oxford, Winchester, Salisbury & Stonehenge, Weymouth
Schools provide the trip program as an example and reserve the right to change trip program destinations due to weather conditions, availability or other external factors. In addition, there is no participation in trip programs on school arrival and departure days.
Airport Transfers
For an additional fee, students are met and sent from London airports.
Airport transfer days and times are fixed. Additional fees are charged outside these hours and days. You can get detailed information about transfers from your consultant. Shuttle is valid for certain days and times. You can get detailed information from your consultant.
Health Insurance
Insurance service can be obtained from the school for an additional fee.
Extra Fees
Flight tickets, airport transfers, visa expenses and health insurance are not included in the fees. Students under 16 can participate in the program for a maximum of 3 weeks within homestay accommodation.
