CATS College Cambridge – UK Summer School
CATS College Cambridge is a high school located in the academic city of Cambridge with modern facilities. Located just a short walk from the world-famous King's College, Trinity College and the peaceful shores of the River Cam, this college opens its doors during the summer period for English language education for young students.
Located in a central location close to many cafes and restaurants in the historic university city of Cambridge, students study at the college during the summer and stay in their own dormitory. CATS Cambridge is approximately 1.5 hours by train to London and 1.5 hours by train to Stansted Airport.
CATS College Cambridge Summer School programs organized by Stafford House are open to international students aged 14-17.
Education
Classic English
Students are offered 15 hours of general English lessons per week.
STEM & English for Science
This is an ideal program for students interested in how engineering, technology, science and mathematics are used to solve problems. In this program that combines STEM with English, students can also develop themselves academically. The program duration is 2 weeks. (Can only start on June 28 and July 12, 2026)
Accommodation
On-campus dormitory, single rooms with private bathroom
Meals
Three meals are served every day.
Activities
Various activities are offered to students for after-class time, such as arts and crafts, karaoke, Quiz, Game evenings, talent shows, disco, basketball, table tennis, masquerade ball, Beach party, movie night, etc.
Trips
1 full day and 2 half day trips are offered per week. Sample Trip Program: Canterbury, London, Brighton, Cambridge, Ely, Bury St Edmunds, walking along the River Cam, Oxford, Windsor Castle, Thorpe Park (*)
(*) Schools provide the trip program as a sample, and the school reserves the right to change trip program destinations due to weather conditions, availability or other external factors. In addition, there is no participation in trip programs on arrival and departure days.
Airport Transfers
Free transfer service is provided to students from London airports. Arrivals and departures are on Sundays. (**)
(**) Airport transfer days and times are fixed. An additional fee is charged outside these hours and days. You can get detailed information about transfers from your consultant.
Health Insurance
Students who wish can receive health insurance service from the school for an additional fee.
Extra Fees
Airplane tickets, health insurance and visa expenses are not included in the fees.
