London South Bank University - UK Summer School

Embassy Summer, an experienced summer school organisation, offers this opportunity to students who want to study at South Bank University, one of London's largest and oldest universities, during the summer period. This centre offers programme content aimed at improving English language skills for students aged 13-17.

London South Bank University campus is located in zone 1, which we can call the centre of London. South Bank University Summer School, which is within walking distance of Elephant and Castle, Waterloo, Westminster, London Eye and South Bank, is in an ideal location to explore many of London's tourist areas.

South Bank University Summer School, one of the most ideal programmes for both learning English and fully exploring London, has allocated McLaren House for students' accommodation. The distance of this residence to the education centre is 5 minutes on foot.

General English

15 hours / 20 lessons of General English education per week is provided.

Accommodation

McLaren House Residence (single room with bathroom, 5 minutes walk from school)

Three meals per day are provided.

Activities

Activities such as quiz, bowling, musical, cinema, various sports activities, disco and karaoke are offered during out-of-class times.

Trips

1 full day and 5 half day trips per week are offered. Sample Trip Program: Westminster, National Portrait Gallery, Museum of London, Cambridge, Canterbury, Brighton, Sea Life Centre, Thames River Cruise.

Schools provide the trip programme as an example and reserve the right to change trip destinations due to weather conditions, availability or other external factors. Airport transfer days and times are fixed. Extra fees are charged outside these hours and days. You can get detailed information from your consultant.

Airport Transfers

Transfer service is provided from London airports for an additional fee. Arrivals and departures are on Sundays.
