Queen Anne's School - UK Summer School
Queen Anne's School has a history which dates back to 1698. It is situated in a closed campus with 35 acres of extensive landscaped grounds, just north of the River Thames. The grounds combine traditional Victorian architecture with new and contemporary buildings to provide cutting-edge facilities, all of which are just a one and a half mile walk from the centre of Reading.
Reading is a large town in the Royal County of Berkshire. It has been important since medieval times, and the ruins of Reading Abbey, a monastery with strong royal connections, can still be visited. The town itself straddles the River Thames and benefits greatly from tourism due to its close proximity to the capital city.

15 hours of General English language education per week is provided.

1 full day and 2 half day trips per week are offered. Sample Trip Programme: London with Greenwich, London with London Eye and Westminster Walking Tour, Oxford with Oxford University Alumni Walking Tour, Town Orientation & Walking Tour, Windsor Castle
Schools provide the trip programme as an example and reserve the right to change trip destinations due to weather conditions, availability or other external factors. In addition, there is no participation in trip programmes on school arrival and departure days.
Airport Transfers
Students are met and sent off from Airports for an additional fee. Arrivals and departures are on Sundays.
Airport transfer days and times are fixed. Extra fees are charged outside these hours and days. You can get detailed information from your consultant.
Health Insurance
The school provides insurance to students free of charge.
