BSC - Wellington School - UK Summer School
Wellington School, founded in 1837, has a magnificent campus spread over 35 acres. Located close to the Blackdown Hills, the school provides both day and boarding education throughout the year and opens its doors to students aged 12-17 during the summer period.
Wellington School is 40 minutes by car from Exeter and 1.5 hours by public transport from Bristol Airport. The school has sports halls, a swimming pool, tennis courts and large playing fields. With Wellington School Summer School, students not only receive education on this campus but also have the opportunity to gain an unforgettable experience with activity and excursion programmes.
Wellington School Summer School, organised by BSC Education, is an ideal programme for students aged 10-17.
Education
General English
15 hours of English language education per week is provided.
Accommodation
On-campus residence, minimum 2-bed rooms, shared bathroom facilities
Meals
Three meals per day are provided.
Activities
During out-of-class times, various alternatives such as Movie Night, treasure hunt, music evenings, fashion shows, barbecues, capture the flag and sports activities are offered.
Trips
1 full day and 1 half day trip per week are offered. Sample Trip Program: destinations around South West England such as Bath and Bristol.
Schools provide the trip programme as an example and reserve the right to change trip destinations due to weather conditions, availability or other external factors. In addition, there is no participation in trip programmes on school arrival and departure days.
Airport Transfers
Students are met and seen off from Bristol and Exeter Airports for an additional fee.
Airport transfer days and times are fixed. Extra fees are charged outside these hours and days. Shuttle transfers operate between 09:00 and 17:00. You can get detailed information from your consultant.
Health Insurance
The school can provide insurance service for an additional fee.
Extra Fees
Flight tickets, health insurance, airport transfers and visa expenses are not included in the fees.
